Check at the box office before the performance, as sometimes there are a few canceled ticket orders that become available at the last minute.
Once You Subscribe
- Renewing subscribers will receive seating priority start August 15.
- New subscribers are given seating priority starting August 30.
- Your request will be filled in the order in which it was received. We will make every effort to seat you as close as possible to your request.
- After the dates noted above, seating will be on a first come, first served basis with all other subscription orders.
- Subscription tickets are non-refundable and exchanges are subject to availability.
- Your season subscription(s) will be confirmed by mail. We do NOT mail tickets.
- Subscribers may purchase single tickets with their subscriptions. Please contact the RCC Box Office.
Exchanges
- Subscription tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged for tickets to the same production at no cost to the subscriber.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. RCC Box Office Staff will make every effort to find seats as close to your previous seats as possible, but cannot guarantee that the same seats will be available on another night.
- RCC Box Office must have tickets in hand in order to make an exchage.
- There is a $3 convenience fee when ordering tickets online.
